Commissions

Prices depend on the size of the portrait, the number of figures within the same portrait and whether or not you want color or black and white. Each portrait takes many hours to complete, the larger the portrait the longer it takes. All prices below are for unframed stretched canvases.

 

The prices below are for standard sizes that are the most popular and will fit in standard sized frames - I have listed both traditional sizes and also square sizes for a contemporary look. I offer custom sizes too for unique personal portraits, so please get in touch if you have a particular size in mind.

Subjects

​

The prices above are for head shots (neck and shoulder portraits). If you would like a full body portrait instead of the traditional head portrait, please contact me as some sizes are unsuitable for a full body and pricing may differ. All portraits are made from reference photos that must be of good quality. It is recommended that you send several photos and I will provide expert advice as to which photos would make the best references.

Backgrounds

I don't normally do backgrounds as I prefer the focus to be on the figure. If your portrait requires a detailed background, there will be a small surcharge. Please contact me to discuss further.

Additional Figures

​

Some sizes are unsuitable for multiple figures due to the lack of detail I would be able to portray. For special requests on figures and sizes, please contact me.

The prices listed above do not include shipping and handling. Shipping will be quoted on an individual basis. Contact me for an accurate quote.
